  1. Remove the membrane from the rib side of the rack. Loosen membrane from one of the end bones with a knife, grab the membrane by hand or with a paper towel, and peel it off the ribs.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
  3. Skewer the ribs to the rotisserie spit by running the rod between the first and second bone, pushing the ribs onto the rod. Slightly bend the rack of ribs and run the skewer between the last two bones.
  4. Place the rotisserie spit into the oven by inserting the pointed end into the rotisserie catch and the other side into the side holder. Close the door.
  5. Select Roast. Set temperature to 300°F and set time to 2 hours. Press START.
  6. Layout parchment paper on the cooking pan and set aside.
  7. After 1.5 hours, ribs should be nicely browned and tender. If not, roast until they are nicely cooked.
  8. Take the ribs out with the help of the Rotisserie Lift. Place on a large plate or heat resistant cutting board. Carefully take the ribs off of the spit with the help of oven gloves or potholders.
  9. Brush all sides of the ribs with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
  10. Place ribs on the cooking pan with parchment paper, rib side down. Place pan into the roast level of the oven.
  11. Continue to roast at the same temperature (300°F) for around 15 minutes until the top of the ribs are nicely browned.
  12. Cancel the program and take the ribs out. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  13. Serve with the BBQ sauce.
