Warranty Registration
Instant Pot appliances are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. See our Warranty Information page for more details. The registration will enable us to keep you up to date with product developments, recipes and contact you in the unlikely event of a product safety notification. (*indicates mandatory fields)
The model and batch code of your Instant Pot cooker is located on the silver sticker at the back of the unit. The batch code is located on the bottom left-hand side of the rectangular sticker and is a series of 7 letters and numbers or a 4-digit number, i.e. A2419CU or 1812. Please also save the original purchase receipt or e-receipt as it will assist in processing any warranty claims.
