Slow Cooked Tomatoes and Goat Cheese Tartine

Ingredients

• 2 slices sourdough loaf toasted • 2 rounds goat cheese torn to pieces • 2 cups cherry tomatoes • 1 pc White Onion diced • 4 c garlic minced • 1/2 cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot. Stir to coat all ingredients with oil and salt.
  2. Close the lid and press Slow Cook on Low for 5 hours.
  3. Spread the tomatoes over the sourdough slices. Arrange the cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
