Sesame Oil

light soy sauce

Minced Meat

250 g

Meat, minced

1 thumb

Ginger, minced

1 tsp

Light Soy

1 tsp

Dark Soy

1 pinch

Pepper

1 tsp

oyster sauce

  1. Whisk eggs, salt, and stock together until fully incorporated.
  2. Strain mixture to remove bubbles.
  3. Place into serving containers and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Place on the trivet and place it in the instant pot then put 2 cups of water inside.
  5. Set instant pot on steam function and choose low pressure for 0 minutes.
  6. Let the instant pot release pressure naturally for 7 minutes.
  7. When eggs are cooked, set it aside and clean the pot.
  8. Set the instant pot to saute - high.
  9. Saute the ginger in oil until fragrant.
  10. Add in the minced meat and cook until slightly browned.
  11. Add in the other ingredients and mix.
  12. Serve eggs with the minced pork on top or serve with sesame oil and light soy sauce.
