Bok choy

Chicken Broth

  1. Dump frozen wontons into the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour enough water to cover the frozen wontons and add a chicken broth.
  3. Add a knob of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic.
  4. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook mode for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Perform a quick release and carefully open the lid.
  6. Add washed bok choy to the pot (the remaining heat will cook the bok choy).
  7. Stir in sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.
  8. Garnish with your choice of toppings and serve hot.
